Make it yours.

Consten is a daily task tracker built around your preferences. Track one thing or forty. A missed day stays a missed day, not a failure. Set reminders, or leave them off. Only you decide what your day should look like.

Free for 14 days. Every editing feature, no account needed.

The Consten Today screen. A progress card reads 40%, 2 of 5 done, above tasks grouped under Morning, Evening, and Anytime. One task counts glasses of water and reads 3 of 8, one is a rest day, and one has two sub-tasks with the first ticked.
A second Consten Today screen set up for a working day. A progress card reads 60%, 3 of 5 done. A walking task takes its count from Health and reads 1.8 of 3 mi, a written line about the day sits below it, and three finished tasks including deep work and shipping something small sit under Completed.

What you get

Every feature below is part of the one subscription. Nothing here is a separate purchase.

Set up your day

  • Once, or every dayA task can happen once and be done with. A repeat can start on a date and stop on one, so a six-week course ends when the course does.
  • Repeats that fit real lifeEvery other day, weekly on the days you pick, monthly on the 1st or the last, and yearly.
  • Morning, afternoon, evening, anytimeOrganize the day the way it actually happens, not the way a calendar thinks it should.

Check things off anywhere

  • Siri, when your hands are fullAsk what's left, check something off by voice, add to a count, or hear how your streak is going.
  • A widget for every spotThree sizes on the Home Screen, three shapes on the Lock Screen, and Control Center buttons to check off what's next without opening the app.
  • An Apple Watch companionCheck things off from your wrist. Your day travels with you.

Less to remember

  • Say it how you'd say itSay "Stretch every weekday morning" and Consten fills the task in, repeat and all. Working out what you said happens on your device, where Apple Intelligence is available.
  • Keep track as you goTap the row each time you finish a glass of water. Consten keeps the count and checks the task off at your goal.
  • Let Health complete it for youLink a task to something Health already counts, from steps to sleep to workouts, and a well-earned win logs itself.

Make it yours

  • Room for the detailsBreak a task into steps. Attach a link, like a recipe or a bill, and it opens from the task.
  • Remember todayWrite something about the day. It is not tracked as a task, so there is nothing to fail at.
  • Make it look like yoursEight task tints, and a Theme Studio for your own colors, type, and photo. Set a theme to take over at sunset, or give a Focus its own look.

Where it runs

Built for Apple platforms first. One subscription covers every device you own.

  • iPhone The full app.
  • iPad The full app, with room to breathe.
  • Apple Watch A companion for checking things off.
  • Mac The full app, made for the Mac.
  • Apple Vision Pro The full app, in your space.
  • Android Coming soonPlanned, with no date to promise yet.

Resting is not missing

Skip a day on purpose and Consten rests it, which never breaks a streak. Time off rests days you choose in advance, so a holiday never reads as a run of missed days. A day you simply missed gets no red X, no broken-streak alert, and no message about letting yourself down. You can always come back.

Reminders, only if you ask

Nudges are off until you turn them on, task by task. The wording of a reminder never leaves your device. With sync on, the timing is stored with your account, so if a device goes quiet the server can send it a silent signal to catch up. That signal carries no content and shows nothing on screen.

Private by design

No advertising. No third-party analytics. No tracking across apps or websites. Nothing is sold or shared. Your tasks live on your device and work fully offline. If you turn sync on, they are also backed up to your account so they can travel between your devices. Consten's own crash and usage diagnostics carry nothing you typed, and a switch turns them off. A task linked to Health keeps its reading on your device unless you turn on a second switch. App Lock puts the whole app behind Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode, and you choose which task names a locked screen may show.

How the subscription works

14 days free
Every editing feature, no card required up front.
What a subscription covers
A subscription keeps Consten editable (adding, checking off, skipping, and editing tasks). You can also turn sync on, at no extra cost, to back your tasks up to your account and keep them in step across your devices.
If you stop paying
Consten becomes read-only. Everything you have made stays exactly where it is, on your device, visible and intact, for as long as you keep the app. Nothing is hidden, locked away, or deleted. Subscribe again and editing picks up where it left off.

The App Store shows the price for wherever you are, in your own currency.

Family Sharing covers the subscription. Each person still signs in with their own account to sync.

Trial tasks live on this device only. Nothing to back up until you subscribe and turn sync on.
